Modern Home Heating Inc. is a development and marketing company in the heating and cooling industry. We focus our efforts on bringing consumers and industry partners together through the use of information technology.

We recognize that today's consumer seeks information online before making major purchase decisions.

This reality changes the dynamic of the industry. In the past the goods and services providers educated consumers; today consumers largely self-educate themselves online and then seek out a provider. Regional locality of a provider no longer offers an advantage over non regional sources of information. The Internet levels the playing field while dramatically changing the game.

Consumer Education

The main purpose of our websites is to educate consumers about the technology and methods available. The more they know about these technologies, the more the industry as a whole will benefit. There are many mis-educated consumers out there who have a certain idea of some of these technologies based off horror stories they've seen or heard, whether those are true or not. We want to address those issues, and hopefully paint a proper and accurate picture of the technology to them.

Marketing

We understand this change, and want to bridge the gap left by out-dated industry marketing through the use of modern marketing technologies. We have and are producing niche specific websites directed at helping consumers, contractors, and architects understand the options available to them with regard to heating, cooling and water heating.

We focus on the baseline idea of more efficient and effective ways of heating, cooling, and water heating. We also provide installer and product directories that allow consumers to find the industry partner that provides the product or service they are seeking.
